Rice Krispies Treats Sushi Roll Ingredients

Ingredients for Sushi Rolls

  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 package (10 oz., about 40) regular marshmallows or 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 6 cups Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal
  • 36 Gummy worms
  • 48 (5 x 1 1/4 inch) FruitaBü® Smooshed® Fruit Rolls

  1. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper and spray with cooking spray.  Set aside.

  2. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Stir in the marshmallows. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

  3. Add Rice Krispies® cereal. Stir until well coated.

  4. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Press the mix into a layer, as thin as you can without forming holes.  You want the Rice Krispies Treats® to be about 1/4 inch thick.  Cool.

5. Place three gummy worms an inch from the edge of the Rice Krispies Treats. Carefully roll the Treats around the gummy worms.  You can use the waxed paper underneath to help you roll the sushi.  Press firmly and squeeze the roll together.  You want the roll to be tight so it does not fall apart when you cut it.
