Here's a healthy reicpe:Shrimp and Eggs1 tsp. butter1 medium-sized wild shrimp (diced)1 egg, beaten1/4 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese1 tsp. plain (non-fat) yogurtMelt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and saute for a moment, then add the egg and cook until just set. Stir in the garlic powder and turn off the heat. Cool to room temp, then top with Parmesan cheese and yogurt, before serving.
