Warmer weather is here, and with the new season I am always looking for some easy spring appetizer recipes for my family. I love to entertain, but like all moms I don’t always have time for complicated dishes. The key to a simple spring recipe is selecting the right ingredients.

For this spring appetizer, I recommend starting with a great cracker; I chose Town House Italian Herb Flatbread Crisps. They’re loaded with seasoning and complement the bold flavors in my topper perfectly!

For the spread, I picked up sun-dried tomatoes and basil feta cheese from my grocer's deli. Just before serving, I folded 1/3 cup Italian dressing into the mixture. Then you are ready to serve. It's that simple and delicious! This spring appetizer recipe is sure to be a hit with your family.
