Preparation Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, heat to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F. Never leave cooking appliance unattended while in use. Children should be supervised.
In the Oven (preferred method): Remove lid from top of baking pan by uncrimping foil, and place pan in pre-heated (350° F) oven. Bake Dinner Roast as follows: Frozen 80-90 minutes Thawed 45-50 minutes. Remove Dinner Roast from baking pan and slice to desired serving size.
In the Microwave: Remove frozen Dinner Roast from baking pan by uncrimping foil, taking off lid, and inverting the pan. Place frozen Dinner Roast in a glass loaf pan or on a microwave safe plate. Cover with wax paper. Cook on defrost setting for approximately 20 minutes, then cook on HIGH setting for another 20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160° F is reached. (Refer to the instructions for your microwave oven. Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.) Remove from oven; cover tightly with foil, and let stand approximately 10 minutes. (1/13/10 sgr)
