Cinnamon- and ginger-spiced apricots and pineapple make a great dip for the critters found in Keebler® Animal Crackers.

3 cups water
1 package (7 oz.) dried apricots
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ginger
3 tablespoons finely chopped pecans, toasted
70 Keebler® Animal Crackers
DIRECTIONS
1. In medium saucepan bring water to boiling. Stir in apricots. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes. Drain.
2. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. In food processor combine apricots, pineapple, 2 tablespoons of the reserved juice, sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Cover and process until nearly smooth. Transfer to bowl. Stir in pecans. Serve with KEEBLER Animal Crackers.
