INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/3 cup Keebler® Grahams Original , finely crushed
1/3 cup granola
6 cups peeled and thinly sliced cooking apples
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 cup apple juice or cider

DIRECTIONS

1. In small bowl cut butter into crackers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in granola.

2. Toss apples with brown sugar. Spoon into 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan. Drizzle apple juice or cider over fruit. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top. 3. Bake, uncovered, at 350° F oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until fruit is tender. Serve warm.
