Cheese and Sausage Loaf

Sausage lovers will cheer this meatloaf made from savory bulk pork sausage and cubes of creamy cheese.

INGREDIENTS

4 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal
--or--
1 cup Kellogg's® Corn Flake Crumbs
1 1/2 pounds pork sausage
2 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 pound sharp processed cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Cheese slices (optional)
Parsley (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Throroughly combine all ingredients in order given. Shape
into loaf in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

2. Bake at 350° F about 1 hour or until meat is done in center.
Garnish top with cheese slices and parsley, if desired.
