Cheese Steak Dip

We took the flavors of classic Philly cheese steak--beef, cheese and onions--and turned them into a substantial dip. It's sure to be a winner with the game-time crowd.

INGREDIENTS

1 refrigerated beef roast au jus refrigerated beef roast au jus
1 coarsely chopped onion coarsely chopped onion
1 process cheese dip process cheese dip
1 Worcestershire sauce Worcestershire sauce
1/4 pepper pepper
1 chopped red bell pepper chopped red bell pepper
128 Keebler® Town House® Flipsides® Original crackers Keebler® Town House® Flipsides® Original crackers
OR
128 Keebler® Town House® Flipsides® Cheddar crackers Keebler® Town House® Flipsides® Cheddar crackers

DIRECTIONS

1. Remove cover from beef package. Place onion on top of beef. Microwave beef and onion, uncovered, on high for 2 1/2 minutes. Drain beef and onion, reserving juices. Use two forks to shred beef.

2. Add beef and onion to 2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker coated with cooking spray. Stir in 1/3 cup of the reserved juices, cheese dip, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cover and cook on high for 1 to 2 hours.

3. Stir in red pepper, if desired. Serve immediately with KEEBLER TOWN HOUSE FLIPSIDES Original crackers. (Or, keep warm in slow cooker on low setting for up to 2 hours.)
