Servings: 10INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Keebler® Town House® Original crackers
--or--
Keebler® Club® Snack Sticks Original crackers
DIRECTIONS
1. In small bowl stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, celery, onions, basil, parsley, thyme, garlic and pepper.
2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Garnish as desired. Serve with crackers.

As for an easy vegie dip, that takes no time at all!!! Made this dip for a clients dinner party. Served it w/ some vegetable relish trays, that were just as easy. The same client also had luncheon , a couple of days later & uses the rest of the dip w/ crackers. Allot of the guest asked if the dip was store brought or made from scratch. My client told them, " her cook made it from scratch" ! I'm a party planner cook. I've some clients who need me for 1 time & others that I cook for what ever occasion it might be. This particular client has brunches,luncheons, teas & dinners, she host a number of tuberware, princess house & avon parties. In a month I do at least one of each parties or more. We do a menu plan or plans for the occasion , I go shopping & cook, for her. So, I'm always looking for new , simple & easy ideas for the parties I cook for. I want to say thanks for the dip recipe & some others recipes I'm going to try!!!
