Critters in the Road

Keebler® Animal crackers march down these peanut-filled celery stick roads.

Preparation Time: 10 Mins.
Total Time to Serve: 10 Mins.
Servings: 12

INGREDIENTS

4 stalks celery
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons fat free plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons lightly salted, dry roasted peanuts, chopped
24 Keebler® Animal Crackers

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut off and discard white bases and leafy portions of celery stalks.

2. In small bowl stir together peanut butter and yogurt. Spread in celery stalks. Lightly press peanuts on top. Cut each stalk into three pieces.

3. Press 2 KEEBLER Animals crackers into filling in each piece of celery.
