Fudge Cupcakes

When you serve these cookie-infused cupcakes, the referee's shirt won't be the only stripes at your tailgate party.

INGREDIENTS

40 Keebler® Fudge Stripes™ Original cookies
1 package (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix
2 1/4 cups canned cream cheese frosting (about 24 oz.)

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut 22 of the KEEBLER FUDGE STRIPES Original cookies into 1/4-inch pieces. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Fold in cut-up cookies. Portion evenly into thirty-six 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups lined with paper bake cups. Bake according to package directions. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove cupcakes from pan. Cool completely.

2. Break remaining 18 cookies in half. Spread tops of cupcakes with frosting. Garnish with halved cookies.

NUTRITIONAL PANEL
