Southwestern Toppers

Zesty pepper cheese is topped with a fresh tomato relish on these appetizing crackers.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
30 Keebler® Town House Toppers® Original crackers
4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS

1. In small bowl combine tomatoes, oil and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Top crackers with cheese slices. Spoon some tomato mixture on each. Serve immediately.
