INGREDIENTS
7 cups
Kellogg's® Crispix® cereal
2 cups
small corn chips
3 tablespoons
butter or margarine, melted
2 teaspoons
chili powder
1/4 teaspoon
garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon
onion salt
1/4 cup
grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal and corn chips. Set aside.
2. Stir together remaining ingredients, except for Parmesan cheese. Drizzle over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
3. Bake at 250°F for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Mix in Parmesan cheese. Spread on paper towels. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS1. In large microwave safe bowl combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal and corn chips. Set aside.
2. Stir together remaining ingredients, except for Parmesan cheese. Drizzle over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
3. Microwave at high for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Microwave at high for 2 minutes more, stirring after 1 minute. Spread on paper towels. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
NOTE
Light butter or reduced calorie margarine can be substituted for regular butter or margarine.
