finely chopped onion
finely chopped green bell pepper

lean ground beef
bulk pork sausage
1. In medium bowl combine eggs, 1/4 cup of ketchup and milk. Stir in cracker crumbs, onion, pepper, horseradish, salt and mustard. Add ground beef and sausage. Mix well.
2. Lightly pat mixture into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Spread remaining ketchup over top. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
