Town House® Meat Loaf

This beef-and-sausage meat loaf topped with a horseradish- and mustard-enhanced ketchup sauce is the essence of comfort food.

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup ketchup, divided
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups Keebler® Town House® Original crackers
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 pound bulk pork sausage

DIRECTIONS

1. In medium bowl combine eggs, 1/4 cup of ketchup and milk. Stir in cracker crumbs, onion, pepper, horseradish, salt and mustard. Add ground beef and sausage. Mix well.

2. Lightly pat mixture into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Spread remaining ketchup over top. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
