Warm Brie Crackers

A luxurious treat just for yourself--rich buttery crackers topped with warm Brie cheese and sweet preserves.

INGREDIENTS

4 Keebler® Club® Original crackers
1 ounce Brie cheese, cut into 4 thin wedges
2 teaspoons apricot or strawberry preserves
1 teaspoon coarsely chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS

1. In shallow baking pan arrange KEEBLER CLUB Original crackers. Top crackers with cheese and preserves. Sprinkle with pecans.

2. Bake, uncovered, at 375° F for 2 to 4 minutes or until preserves bubble and cheese begins to melt.

This is a appetizer, that I'm using for a Labor Day Avon Party. I've a client I do all her menus plans & cooking for her parties. She's hostess of Princess House, Tupperware, & more.
